Production Line
Raw Materials
Use T2 grade purple copper rods with >99.9% copper and silver content for better conductivity. Stable nature is not easy to damage. Less impurities, will not affect the capacitor assembly to recognize the height of the cutting head.
Processing Equipment
All equipments use imported CNC Lathe with high processing precision and fast processing speed. Adopting intelligent automated production technology, the production of nozzles is integrated and modularized.
Advanced Technology
The “one-shot” technology is chosen for processing. This process wastes more raw material and causes more wear and tear on the equipment, and therefore costs more but improves the accuracy of the finished nozzle.
Manual Inspection
All finished products will be manually tested once after processing, and unqualified products will be eliminated directly at this step. Brogo will not let any unqualified products circulate in the market.
Equipment Inspection
Each batch of products is also tested for accuracy using specialized equipment, Brogo will test the external dimensional accuracy, bore diameter accuracy, bore roughness, and concentricity.
Laser Marking
Before final packaging, the finished product that passes the inspection will go through the steps of baking and air drying, and applying anti-rust oil, marked the model number by laser.
